Blocking thing sucks
Bots are lagging. and that blocking thing sucks. it may be realistic, but if you are aiming for realistic you should add gas level, car breaking, tire elapsing etc.

Automatic player throwing
When a player drive for 10 seconds in the opposite direction or does not move, it should be thrown out of the race.
